Daily Statute is a statute readiness and retention platform created for law enforcement professionals. The service helps users review statutes, complete knowledge checks, track readiness, and strengthen recall through short focused sessions.
- By accessing or using Daily Statute, you agree to these Terms.
- If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
- These Terms apply to public pages, accounts, trials, subscriptions, reviews, knowledge checks, and related services.
EligibilityWho may use the platform
Daily Statute is intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement. By using the platform, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- If using the platform on behalf of an agency, organization, or employer, you represent that you have authority to do so.
- Daily Statute does not create employment, agency, certification, supervisory, training, or credentialing relationships.
AccountsAccount access
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity under your account.
Passwordless accessDaily Statute may use email verification or secure login codes to protect account access.
Account ownershipYour account is for your individual use and should not be shared, sold, assigned, or transferred.
- You agree to provide accurate registration, billing, and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping your email account secure because email may be used to access Daily Statute.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Billing & StripeSubscriptions, trials, and payment processing
Daily Statute may offer a free trial followed by a recurring monthly subscription. Billing terms are shown before activation and may vary by offer.
- A 30-day trial may be available after adding a valid payment method.
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically renew and charge the payment method on file.
- You authorize recurring subscription charges for the displayed price and billing interval.
- You may cancel anytime from the billing area when billing is active. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous charges.
- Failed payments may result in retry attempts, loss of paid features, or account restriction.
- Prices may change, but material changes will be displayed or communicated before applying to future billing cycles when required.
Stripe handles card processing
Daily Statute uses Stripe for payment processing. Daily Statute does not store, process, or have access to full credit card numbers. Payment information is collected, processed, and stored by Stripe according to Stripe’s terms, security standards, and privacy practices.
What Daily Statute may storeLimited billing details returned by Stripe, such as card brand, last four digits, expiration month/year, Stripe customer identifiers, payment method identifiers, subscription status, and billing status.
What Daily Statute does not storeFull card numbers, CVC codes, complete magnetic stripe data, or complete payment credentials.
Scores & ReviewsReadiness scores are informational
Daily Statute may display readiness scores, category scores, review streaks, performance trends, knowledge checks, and assessment results. These features are designed to support review and retention.
- Readiness scores are estimates based on platform activity and are for informational purposes only.
- Scores do not certify legal competency, agency compliance, professional readiness, qualification status, or fitness for duty.
- Completing reviews, knowledge checks, or assessments does not create any training certification or credential.
- Daily Statute may update scoring models, question formats, content, categories, and review logic over time.
Acceptable UseProfessional use only
Use Daily Statute only for lawful, professional, and appropriate review purposes.
- Do not scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or bulk-download platform content.
- Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disrupt the platform.
- Do not share accounts, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the platform to violate statute, policy, regulation, court order, professional standards, or third-party rights.
- Do not upload, submit, or transmit malicious code, abusive content, or false information.
PrivacyPrivacy basics
Daily Statute collects information needed to operate the service, manage accounts, deliver reviews, process billing status, respond to support requests, and improve the user experience.
Information we may collectName, email, selected state, preferences, review activity, assessment activity, billing status, support messages, device/browser data, IP address, and security logs.
Information we do not sellDaily Statute does not sell personal user data.
- Third-party providers such as Stripe and email/SMS providers may process data needed to provide platform services.
- Users remain responsible for avoiding submission of sensitive agency, case, investigative, confidential, or restricted information through public forms.
Content & Intellectual PropertyPlatform content
Daily Statute content, design, software, questions, explanations, scoring displays, graphics, workflows, and branding are owned by Daily Statute or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
- You may use the platform for personal professional review while your account is active.
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, scrape, reproduce, or create competing datasets from platform content without permission.
- If you submit feedback, suggestions, corrections, or ideas, you allow Daily Statute to use them to improve the platform without obligation to compensate you.

Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
TerminationDaily Statute may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security concerns, causes abuse, or presents operational risk.
